Tal Menipaz - Chairman Mr. Menipaz has been serving as the active Chairman of Modelity since its inception on behalf of the Fishman Group, the controlling shareholder of Modelity.
Eitan Madmon As well as being a member of Modelity's board, Eitan Madmon serves as the CEO of both Israel's leading financial publication "Globes" and the technology company Monitin Information Systems Ltd. He has been in these roles since 2006. Previously, he was a senior manager within Arthur Andersen, a leading global accountancy and consulting firm. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1995. He brings a great deal of expertise in internet and hi-tech accounting, finance and macro-economics to the Board of Directors. Mr Madmon holds a BA in Economics and International Relations from Tel Aviv University.
Ran Izraeli Mr. Izraeli serves as a director in Modelity on behalf of the Fishman Group, the controlling shareholder of Modelity. Mr. Izraeli is the investment manager and legal adviser of Foriland Investments (www.foriland.com). Prior to his current positions in Modelity and Foriland Investments, Mr. Izraeli was an associate at Salinger & Co., Law Offices in Israel. Ran holds an LLB degree from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya. |
Ron Gutler In addition to being a member of Modelity's board, Ron Gutler serves as the Chairman of both the technology company Nice Systems and the real estate investment company G.J.E. 121 Promoting Investments Ltd, and has been in these positions since 2002. He is also a Director of Psagot-Ofek Fund Management and a member of the advisory board of Poalim Real Estate. He managed the Blue Border Horizon Fund from 2000 to 2002. Previously he was a Managing Director and Partner within Bankers Trust Company, founding and heading their Israeli office, and directing their trading and sales operations within Asia, South America, and European emerging markets. He brings a wide range of financial management expertise to the Board of Directors. Mr Gutler holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations, both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Avi Ben-Moshe Mr. Ben-Moshe has over 25 years of management and technical experience in the software systems industry, focusing on systems engineering, business development and commercialization. Prior to founding Modelity, Mr. Ben-Moshe was Vice President at Identify Software (acquired by BMC Software in 2006), responsible for business development, marketing and product sales. Previously, Mr. Ben-Moshe founded and managed DCL Systems Engineering, a software house specializing in logistics, network management and command and control systems. Mr. Ben-Moshe holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa. His previous experience in software product development and marketing includes APEX (Bioactive Compound Design System) and TradeWise (Financial Trading Expert System). |
