REUVEN BEN MENACHEM
Reuven Ben Menachem is the Founder and former CEO of Fundtech, a leading global provider of software to the financial services sector.
Mr. Ben-Menachem led Fundtech to a successful IPO in 1998 and raised $100 million in a secondary offering in 1999. He sold Fundtech to GTCR (a Chicago-based private equity firm) in 2011, and in 2015 Fundtech was sold to a strategic buyer for $1.25B.
Prior there to, Mr. Ben MEnachem was employed at Logic Data Architects, as a Technical Director and Product Manager. From January 1984 to June 1986, served as a Director of Banking Systems at Manof Communications Systems. Prior to this role, served as a Senior Programmer and Analyst in the Israeli Air Force.
Mr. Ben-Menachem studied for a B.A. in Business at Haifa University.
Mr. Menipaz has been serving as the active Chairman of Modelity since its inception.
Mr. Menipaz is the Founder and CEO of Foriland Investments (www.foriland.com) and serves as a member of the board of directors of several companies, mainly technological and venture capital oriented.
Prior to his current positions, Mr. Menipaz worked in several international professional service firms (including in New York, NY). Mr. Menipaz is a CPA and holds an MBA, as well as a BA in Economics and Accountancy.
In addition to being a member of Modelity’s board, Mr. Babai serves as a senior business development analyst and member of the tech investment team in Clal Industries and Claltech. As part of his role at Claltech Mr. Babai invested in some of Israel’s leading tech companies: IronSource, Zerto, Yotpo, Lightcyber (acquired by Palo Alto Networks). In addition, Mr. Babai serve as a director at some of Clal Industries’ portfolio companies. Prior to joining Clal Industries, Mr. Babai worked at PwC, a leading global accounting firm.
Mr. Babai is a CPA and holds BA in Economics and Accounting and an MA in Finance and Accounting (cum laude).
