Mr. Leibowitz brings over 20 years of IT and software development management experience to his position. Mr. Leibowitz is one of the founders of Modelity. Before being appointed as the CEO, he held the position of Vice President of Research & Development (between 2000 and 2007) and Vice President of Sales (between 2007 and 2008). Prior to founding Modelity, Mr. Leibowitz worked at Virginia-based MainControl, Inc. between 1996 and 1999, where he managed the development of software products for Systems Management. Mr. Leibowitz also counsels to Symantec Corporation (NASDAQ: SYMC) in the Application Performance Management area.
President & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Seri brings over 20 years of experience in both software development and projects management. Before joining Modelity, Mr. Seri worked as a project manager in Software AG Israel (formerly SABRATEC LTD.), a leading software company that specializes in legacy integration. Mr. Seri served in the Israel Defense Forces’ intelligence R&D unit. Mr. Seri holds an MBA in Marketing Management, and Strategy (Summa Cum Laude) and a B.A in Computer Science & Business Administration (Cum Laude), both from Tel Aviv University.
Ms. Levanon has a background of over 20 years in the financial markets. During the past few years in Modelity Ms. Levanon gained extensive experience in client delivery, sales roles and product management, while contributing to the successful marketing of Modelity’s solutions to a range of leading financial institutions. Before being appointed to the CEO role, she held the position of CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) of Modelity, responsible for the relationship with strategic accounts and held the position of VP Sales, Trading and Advisory.
Prior to joining Modelity, Ms. Levanon has worked in the Capital Markets industry, as the senior analyst of the provident funds of the First International Bank of Israel, in Discount Bank and Dan & Bradstreet. Ms. Levanon holds an MBA in Finance and a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Bar Ilan University.
DAPHNA KEINAN MOR-HAIM
VP Human Resources
Ms. Keinan Mor-Haim brings over 15 years of HR experience in the fields of diagnostics, recruitment, consultant and development. Since joining in 2012, she is leading all HR aspects in Modelity.
Prior to joining Modelity, Ms. Keinan Mor-Haim founded and led Persona, an HR outsource company for start-ups, and helped building the HR infrastructures in several Israeli start-ups. As an independent consultant, she partnered with start-up founders to design their companies’ culture and achieve greater measurable outcomes, as well as helped private individuals in building their career path.
Ms. Keinan Mor-Haim holds a BA in Philosophy and MA in Conflict Resolutions from Tel-Aviv University, and she is a certified group facilitator and mediator.
Mr. Elad has more than 15 years of experience in the field of financial modeling and information technologies. He has a broad depth of technological and financial knowledge, especially in the field of structured products. He has been participating in European regulatory and quant forums and lecturing on financial technology in various market events. He is responsible for product management and implementing Modelity’s structured products technology in various territories around the world. Before being appointed to his current position, Mr. Elad spent several years with Modelity working in the fields of sales, pre-sales, marketing and in leading IT positions. Mr. Elad holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science (Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University.
Mr. Kfir has more than 15 years experience working with global software companies. He directs the Operations activities in Modelity – leading the Production services and customer support, System/IT & Quality Assurance.
Prior to joining Modelity he worked in Formula technologies & Amdocs, specialized in the Software Performance Assurance and several IT management roles. Mr. Kfir has worked in Modelity for more than 8 years and holds a B.A In Economics & Software systems from Tel Aviv University.
